I saw Dr McIvor on Tues 27th May. I was more than happy with my consultaion. However I had to use the downstairs toilet and was appauled by the offensive odour ( stale urine) or filthy condition of the toilet and handbasin and floor. If a parent had to use this toilet woth a toddler it would have been impossible for them to ensure their child didn't touch something filthy. It should be checked regularly.

Dear Patient Firstly my apologise for my delayed response via this platform. When your feedback was reported to me initially, we immediately put in place a routine schedule for checking the facilities and a staff memeber is now responsible for this task on a day to day basis (three checks per day) I am pleased to report that this seems to be working very well currently and i hope that you will find the facilities in good order on your next visit. We are planning a refurbishment of the patient facilities at the Practice early in the new year. Lisa Practice Manager

Telephone bookings/time wasted by listening to automated message/then when you get through the Dr. you wish to see i fully booked.
